I tried it here before travelling, with a T-Mobile and an ATT card, worked great, better call quality than my old BB Curve 8100 and as good as my unlocked iPhone 3GS. Lightweight and probably not super high quality but so far it has been reported to work perfect

Works fine. I needed a replacement for my candybar phone that I lost...somewhere. Wanted one that was easier to text with but not as pricey as some of the "name brand" phones. Yes, it does come in Spanish; rudimentary knowledge of the language will help with converting the menu to English, but there are user manuals online. I took it down to T-Mobile, they popped a new SIM card in, the phone works on their network with no problems. Good reception, battery life is fine. Nice selection of tinkly ringtones. Only complaint is that it flies apart easily if you drop it, but the plus of that is that it didn't break.

Thank goodness I knew a little bit of spanish to help me change the settings to English. Its very light but seems sturdy enough for decent use. The keys are small but shouldn't be a problem if your fingers are small enough and if you have pretty good eye sight. It's a simple enough phone. I bought it for my husband, he's 50 and likes it very much.

I bought this phone with Cricket service and it is amazing! It is super fast, easy to use and best of all it supports flash. It also has an amazing 8 mp rear camera with flash and a forward facing camera for video chat and easy self portraits! After owning this phone I have absolutely no desire for an IPhone or any other overpriced phone. I get great service, this is a premium phone and it is a great price for $199 LOVE IT!!! Oh yeah, and the voice searching features are 100% EVERY TIME!

Beautiful fast android smartphone that ATT, Verizon, TMobile, etc would charge you $800 for unless you sign up for a 2-year contract and then they would give you the $199 price. Cricket is month-to-month with no contract and charges less than these other carriers per month as well as not charging you an extra $600 for buying a phone without the contract! Way to go Cricket! This is such a beautiful fast powerful phone too!; way to go Huawei!

I bought this phone when it first came out for $250 and let me tell u is the best phone cricket has ever had. I've had it for a year know and drop it a couple times and still looks new but love the 8 pix HD camera good pic and video my sister has the htc something from tmobile and phone cost her $600 and does not take pic like mine. plus for those who love to watch nfl games like me i dont have to miss a game now just download espn app and watch it live on your phone. the only other phone cricket has a little better than mine is galaxy s 3.

I got this phone as a replacemnt for my broken nexus one. I know its about half the performance of the nexus one but its also 1/4 the price.
Considering the price it rocks. Its slow but acceptable. It does run the android opengl gears program. It gets about 45 fps. Out of the box it works with edge and wifi. It does not work 3G with T-Mobile. I am not sure if this is an APN problem or a simcard problem. I'll keep at it. According to online specs T-Mobile uses a frequency range which is supported by this phone.

I've had this phone for over a year. It's a decent phone especially for someone getting a smartphone for the first time. If you are a big fan of apps I would not recommend it though. The phones memory is not very large and even with a micro sd card many of the apps are non-tranferable causing the memory to fill quickly.

I got this gadget a while ago. It has a small screen (reqiures the use of fingers smaller than mine....), and it is slightly slow.
Additional deficiencies compared to the $700 phones are the older version of Android (not a problem for me) and the smaller 512M RAM which requires frequent stopping of applications running in the background (that one is a burden).
Other then that it runs any app I throw at it, and works just fine... Bottom line: This one is a great value in the Android phones arena!!! For the price I can put up with some limitations

This is the 1st smart phone I have ever owned so I am still learning how everything works. I have to say, I am very satisfied so far. The only problem I had was as a Consumer Cellular customer, and even though this is the same phone they offer, it will not work on their network. I went to Wal Mart & signed up for their $45 unlimited everything plan without a contract & paid $25 for a sim card, & the phone works great using T Mobile's network.

Works well, and I use it with Wifi and Google voice to make free calls.(Thanks to another Amazon user for that HowTo info) I no longer have a home line, and my pay as you go Tracfone was getting about as costly as having a monthly plan with a real phone company. The screen is nice and big, and responds very well to the touch. Some touchscreens are difficult to use, this one is wonderful. I haven't used it all that much, as I am still getting usd to it, but the battery life on standby is at least a few days.

This phone is great. I bought this after a year with an LG Thrive, which was a good phone too, but I wanted an updated phone that was larger and had a better camera. My friends with iPhones are jealous my phone has a larger, clearer screen, a 5MP camera, and on top of that, is about $400 cheaper. I use Consumer Cellular as my carrier and just swapped out the SIM card from my old LG, which was no hassle at all.

I was a little skeptical buying this phone since I wasn't familiar with the manufacture but so far I am very pleased. The call quality is great. It doesn't feel cheap and it's of average weight. This is a perfect phone for the consumer who is looking to save money but who also wants a quality reliable device. If your looking for an Iphone or Galaxy SIII smart phone I think you might be disappointed but if you want a phone that is powerful enough for social media and you-tube and other internet related services I think you'll really enjoy this phone. The phone is incredibly responsive with a snapdragon processor and alot of RAM. The fact that it comes with Ice Cream Sandwich is also a bonus. Awesome phone, great value.

At the time of this review this phone is one of the fastest for the price ($99.99). It blows the iphones out of the water all the way up to iphone 4s and in some areas it beats iphone 5. The upper iphones have more screen pixel density and more camera megapixels but this phone's processor is faster and has more RAM. The Premia's processor is faster than most phones that are three or more times the cost. I am buying another one for my wife.

This does what I need, but my needs are minimal. It is an OK phone, EXCEPT, that it does not keep settings in memory. Approximately every other day it won't dial out displaying "Call Ended". Resolving this requires powering off, then powering back up. Additionally, it sporadically "forgets" the network setting for my cellular provider defaulting to the ATT access point. The work around is to go back into "Settings" "Wireless and Networks" and re-selecting the actual carrier's network. However, I am not a power cell phone user and I'm a quasi hacker, so outsmarting the phone is a hobby activity for me. The other thing to take note of if considering this phone is that the screen is a 3 inch size. Not so great for reading stuff.

Worked well the first couple of days then started loosing the charge with just bare bones apps. I have not downloaded any additional apps since I decide I just wanted a basic device for calling and texting. I am a bit suspect that the phone may not have been brand new as advertised by the seller since there were a few scratches on the screen as I was putting on my screen protector.....yes went ahead and bought that too...now a 100% charge last just about 4 hrs without even using the phone. I allowed it to discharge completely turned it off removed the battery, replaced and charged again. You guessed it....yeah did the same thing. I am not going through the hassle of trying to get a replacement from the seller. I love Amazon's generous return policy so I am waiting for another phone which I purchased to arrive then this one is gone.

Good product, except that it constantly defaults to the preset access point, which means that every time you want to use data, you have to go into the networking settings and manually set the access point again. Is that worth saving $20 to you? Not to me...i'm returning it.

I needed a dual Sim phone for my personal and business lines and decided to get a big screen while I was at it. This phone arrived only 7 days after ordering it and was super easy to set up the two sims with very easy and clear setup to divide the tasks between the two. So far I am very impressed with the quality and the fact that it comes with a very nice screen protector already installed! The phone is bright and fast and the resolution is as good as my previous Galaxy S-2 with a much bigger screen on this one! I am very happy with the initial inspection and testing and especially happy with the included cover, extra battery, and easy to follow instructions. It is also cool that you can use GPS or Glonass (Russian version of GPS) with the phone although I have not tested that functionality out yet. All-in-all, it is a great phone if you want a large screen phone/internet device at a very nice price and without the contract!
